Abstract

The digital ecosystem application developed by the Jakarta Provincial Government, known as JAKI, serves as a public service innovation and reflects a commitment to advancing smart governance in the region. A good governance analysis is essential to assess the implementation of this digital public service information system within Pemprov DKI Jakarta and its coordination with the Jakarta Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta). This study focuses on two main areas: the concept of a good governance-based digital public service information system within the government and the integration framework of this system between Pemprov DKI Jakarta and Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta, centered on good governance principles. Through doctrinal legal research, combining conceptual and statutory approaches, this study examines both the substance and the integration model of a public service information system rooted in good governance. The findings reveal two key conclusions. First, the good governance-based digital public service information system concept within Pemprov DKI Jakarta emphasizes accountability in enhancing government capacity, facilitating public participation, ensuring predictability in public service functions, and maintaining transparency in governmental decisions and actions. Second, the integration of digital public service information systems between Pemprov DKI Jakarta and Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta is actualized through a unified, comprehensive application. This integration occurs across the stages of presence and interaction, providing excellent public service by fostering a collaborative and effective governance approach.
